PLANET S.A., as Consortium leader, has been awarded a Framework Contract under LOT 2: Infrastructure, sustainable growth and jobs, with the title “Assessment of the state of play of digitization in Burkina Faso”, with a total budget of EUR 152,856. The project – lasting for 8 months – is aiming to contribute to the sector’s strategy of supporting the digital transformation of Burkina Faso, an essential lever for the socio-economic development of the country. It is about promoting rapid economic growth through the digital transformation of the countries, stimulate innovation, create jobs and accelerate access to quality public and private services in order to contribute to the achievement of the SDGs. The main activities are related to making a diagnosis of the sector and generate related recommendations, as well as propose an EU technical and financial response strategy in line with the national strategy promoting digital transformation, as well as priority support areas.
