PLANET has been short-listed for the project:

“Kosovo-Pristina: IPA — Support to civil code — phase 2” (EuropeAid/137881/DH/SER/XK)

European Union, represented by the European Commission, on behalf of and for the account of the partner country, Pristina, KOSOVO is the Contracting Authority.

The project budget is 2,500,000 € and the project duration is 36 months.

Project Details

The purpose of the contract is to continue EU support to the modernisation and harmonisation of the legal framework on civil matters in line with EU ‘acquis’, European standards and international best practices. This will be realised through finalisation of the drafting of a single civil code and supporting the adoption and implementation process. In parallel, specific laws will be harmonised, implementation will also be supported through capacity building and public awareness.

The Consortium with PLANET S.A. (GR) as leader, in consortium with  ALTAIR Asesores S.L (ES), Bureau for institutional Reform and Democracy (DE), European Public Law Organisation (GR) and PLANET Group International Limited (GR) as partners, belongs to the list of 8 short-listed candidates.
