The contract will include the following:

The purpose of this contract is to improve the institutional capacity of the Samsun Middle Black Sea Development Agency (OKA), and to strengthen the physical and technical capacity in order to deliver better services to entrepreneurs in Samsun. Within the scope of this contract, the consultant will provide technical assistance on:

• improving corporate skills base and capabilities of the Samsun Middle Black Sea Development Agency (OKA) to contribute to the economic development of Samsun through identifying institutional needs, analysing objectives, priorities, strategies and environment,
• applying improved skills and capabilities of the Middle Black Sea Development Agency (OKA).

The Consortium with PLANET S.A. (GR) as a leader in consortium with Pera Consulting Ltd. (UK), NİRAS IC Sp.Z.o.o (Poland), Makro Yönetim ve Geliştirme Danışmanlık A.Ş. (Turkey), PLANET Turkey Yönetim ve Geliştirme Danışmanlık A.Ş. (Turkey) and Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey-TEPAV (Turkey) as partners, belongs to the list of 8 short-listed candidates selected out of 23 received applications.
