PLANET SA in consortium with NBG Properties Services have been chosen by the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations to provide their services in the evaluation and categorization of public real estate properties to be further exploited by the Hellenic Public Properties Company.

PLANET as a project management consultant has been summoned to provide its expertise in collecting and analyzing the necessary data that will result to the integrated evaluation of available public properties. The aim of this task is to specify and recommend the most prominent real estate assets that could present commercial success to the Hellenic Public Properties Company.

Among others, PLANET experts will be responsible for gathering, reviewing and filtering available data, developing selection criteria for the public assets evaluation process, running the selection procedure, and making final recommendations (through detailed evaluation reports) for further exploitation.

PLANET has extended experience in the real estate sector, nationally and beyond Greek borders, assisting numerous public and private companies in the development and management of real estate projects.
