Supporting the implementation of a major non-revenue water reduction (NRWR) programme over a two year period, in selected municipalities in Bulgaria by implementing a pilot project initially to Dobrich Water Company to plan and deliver operational improvements, establishing in continue a national programme for NRWR based on international best practices adapted to Bulgarian conditions and applying a roll-out of the NRWR programme to selected water companies all around Bulgaria
