Supporting the Ministry of Energy in Croatia to harmonize legislation and implement the Acquis Communataire in the Croatian energy sector in the field of security of supply, by setting up a national system for monitoring electricity, gas and oil sector, as well as the dependence, vulnerability and sustainability of the energy system; support included also the development of a tailor made monitoring software for the secure supply of energy, in order to support administrative procedures in case of crises situations (war, weather disasters, huge price increase of energy-generating products, shortfall of energy-generating products on market etc.)
